Kaushal Pandya

Kaushal is committed to help clients achieve relaxation, relief from pain and over all wellbeing. He has been a registered massage therapist since 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various massage techniques including:

  • Deep Tissue Massage: Targeting knots and tension in deeper muscle layers
  • Joint Mobilization: Enhancing flexibility and range of motion
  • PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): Improving flexibility and strength
  • MET (Muscle Energy Technique): Gentle, effective approach for muscle relaxation
  • Myofascial Cupping: Relieving tension and promoting blood flow
  • IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization): Targeting scar tissue and adhesions
  • Myofascial Release: Releasing tension in connective tissue

Kaushal believes that massage therapy is not just about physical relaxation, but also about nurturing the mind and spirit. His goal is to create a safe and calming environment where clients can unwind and rejuvenate. In his free time, he loves to play board games with his kids, gardening, and is a huge fan of hockey.

Sigridur (Sirry) Gudjonsdottir

Sigridur (Sirry) Gudjonsdottir graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in June 2024. She was born and raised in a small town in Iceland and moved to Canada in 2011 with her husband and 3 children. She was a dental assistant for over 10 years in Iceland and when she moved back to Canada.  Since everything about the human body amazed her, she decided to go into massage therapy. She loves helping people in pain feel better and achieve their wellness goals. Sirry specializes in a variety of massage techniques including relaxation massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release and cupping.  Family is very important to Sirry, and she loves spending her spare time with her husband, her kids, 2 grandsons and 2 dogs.

Limin Pan

Limin graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in China and a Master Degree of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He also graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg as a RMT. He is exceptional at combining treatment of Acupuncture or Massage to treat Pains (backache, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, headache, migraine, gout, and TMJ), Insomnia, Vertigo, Facial Paralysis, Prosopalgia, Irregular Menstruation, Dysmenorrheal, Shingles, Urticaria, Asthma, and Allergic rhinitis.

Arielle Chartrand

Arielle graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies (2021). After spending 6 years working 84 hours a week at a desk, she learned how important it was to seek regular massage therapy to help keep your joints mobile and your muscles pliant. A desire to show others just how much massage can improve everyday life is what led her to become an RMT. She wants to help you manage your pain, improve your range of motion, reduce your tension, and increase your joint stability! She loves working with the spine, and has a particular interest in Frozen Shoulders. 

Arielle grew up in the Métis community of St. Laurent. Being raised near the lake, she spent her time swimming in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. Newfound interests include golfing, water volleyball and yoga. 

Family is the most important thing in the world to Arielle, and she loves to spend her free time running around after her nephews and niece.

Elyse Copp

Elyse Copp is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 2001. An alumni of Wellington College, she went back in 2003-2005 to teach anatomy and exercise rehabilitation. She currently is part of the exam team with the college.

A sports enthusiast, Elyse grew up as a competitive gymnast, and continues to play volleyball and soccer. She was introduced to disc golf and is loving it. Bringing with her an intricate knowledge of how the body works with and against you, especially when trying to remain active as we age.

Having an active lifestyle, she has a passion for therapeutic massage and how it an help anyone from the armchair athlete, to the joint replacement patient get back to doing the things they enjoy.

In her spare time she heads out to the cottage with her two dogs.
