Kaushal Pandya

Kaushal is committed to help clients achieve relaxation, relief from pain and over all wellbeing. He has been a registered massage therapist since 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various massage techniques including:

Kaushal believes that massage therapy is not just about physical relaxation, but also about nurturing the mind and spirit. His goal is to create a safe and calming environment where clients can unwind and rejuvenate. In his free time, he loves to play board games with his kids, gardening, and is a huge fan of hockey.

Jasmeet Singh

Jasmeet is a dedicated physiotherapist who completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2025. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the same university, where he majored in Biology and minored in Psychology in 2023.

Throughout his training, Jasmeet gained hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, stroke rehabilitation, and the Brandon Hospital Pain Clinic. These diverse placements helped shape his holistic and patient-centered approach, focusing on individualized care that supports long-term recovery and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Jasmeet enjoys staying active through weight lifting, running, cycling, and hiking. His passion for movement and healthy living is something he brings into his practice every day.

Committed to lifelong learning, Jasmeet plans to pursue continued education in manual therapy and acupuncture to further enhance his skills and better support his patients.

Born and raised in North Kildonan, Jasmeet is proud to be serving the community he grew up in. Fluent in Punjabi, Jasmeet is proud to serve the Punjabi-speaking community and provide care that is both culturally sensitive and accessible.

Ajandeep Kaur Aulakh

Ajan completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.PT) and Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.T) in Orthopaedics from Baba Farid University, Punjab, in 2016. During her academic career, she conducted research on plantar fasciitis, which was published in the International Journal of Current Research the same year.

Following her graduation, Ajandeep gained valuable clinical experience in India, where she worked in both hospital and private clinic settings. She treated a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain management.

After moving to Canada, Ajandeep successfully cleared the written component of the Physiotherapy Competency Examination (PCE) in 2025. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, which allows her to effectively communicate with patients whose first language is not English.

Ajandeep is passionate about treating people with dignity and providing high-quality, compassionate physiotherapy care. In her personal time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family. ‎

Amanda Shiplack

Amanda graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2024, bringing over a decade of health and fitness experiences to their practice. Integrating their expertise as a personal trainer with their studies, Amanda helps clients of all ages improve daily function and athletic performance.

Amanda blends manual therapy with active rehabilitation, tailoring every plan to meet each client’s unique needs. Their treatments are exercise-based, helping with recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or boosting mobility.

Passionate about health, Amanda stays active through weightlifting, outdoor adventures including kayaking and skiing, and performing with a local circus arts group. Dedicated and client-focused, Amanda is committed to providing personalized care to help you reach your goals.

Sigridur (Sirry) Gudjonsdottir

Sigridur (Sirry) Gudjonsdottir graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in June 2024. She was born and raised in a small town in Iceland and moved to Canada in 2011 with her husband and 3 children. She was a dental assistant for over 10 years in Iceland and when she moved back to Canada.  Since everything about the human body amazed her, she decided to go into massage therapy. She loves helping people in pain feel better and achieve their wellness goals. Sirry specializes in a variety of massage techniques including relaxation massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release and cupping.  Family is very important to Sirry, and she loves spending her spare time with her husband, her kids, 2 grandsons and 2 dogs.

Ryan Aikens

Ryan graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2023 after completing his Bachelor of Science in 2021. Ryan employs a client-centered approach to therapy along with incorporating client education, manual therapy, soft-tissue release, and exercise to his treatment.

Ryan’s interest in physiotherapy started after having his own experiences with injuries and saw the value that the profession can provide first hand. This inspired his passion to help others achieve their goals and get back to the activities that they love. He also aspires to keep up to date with the most recent research in physiotherapy and to continue his education and refine his skills through the Orthopaedic Division. Currently Ryan has completed his Level 1 and Level 2 Upper certification in the Orthopaedic Division. He has also completed his Acupuncture certification.  

Ryan enjoys staying active by working out at the gym, running, hiking, and through various recreational sports. He was born and raised on a farm just outside of Stonewall where he looks forward to serving his community.

Gabriella Masi

Gabby graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2021 and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2023. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning and provides evidence-based treatment through a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, and exercise. Gabby’s client-centered approach focuses on helping individuals achieve their unique goals, returning them to the activities they love most.

Her passion for physiotherapy began early, inspired by her involvement in sports such as dance, volleyball, and competitive soccer. This lifelong enthusiasm for physical activity, coupled with her strong desire to help others, has shaped her career and continues to fuel her work as a physiotherapist.

Gabby values continuing education and has earned her Level 1 and 2 certifications in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She is also certified in acupuncture, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and has completed specialized courses focused on pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain. She is committed to advancing her manual therapy skills through further training with the Orthopaedic Division.

Outside of the clinic, Gabby enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and relaxing at the lake.

Jonathan Beardsley

Jon graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2022. Prior to that he received a Batchelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg.

Jon’s aspiration to become a physiotherapist grew out of a keen interest in sport and his own experiences with many sports related injuries. Over a lifetime of athletic endeavor from competitive swimming to tennis Jon has had the opportunity to experience the benefits the profession of physiotherapy has to offer. Jon is extremely eager to become a strong contributing member in the profession of physiotherapy.

As a new grad, Jon understands the value of continued education and will be enthusiastically pursuing his orthopedic levels in the coming years.

Matt Labdon

Matt graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2022 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Matt believes that incorporating both exercise and manual therapy provide the best results when treating a patient. He prioritizes patient centred care and strives to make sure that individual goals are being met. Matt has completed his Orthopedic Level 1 training, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 and has completed his Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the Emory University of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia

With his extra training in Vestibular Physiotherapy Matt can treat your dizziness, vertigo and concussions. As he has completed his TPI level 3, Matt is also able to help you with your specific golf injuries or pain that limits your ability to swing a club. As an avid golfer himself, Matt is motivated to help you get back on the course, pain free.

Growing up in England, Matt has been involved in soccer both on and off the pitch for his whole life. He has had the opportunity to travel to the states to coach soccer and has been involved in coaching here in Manitoba. Other than soccer, he enjoys golf, exploring the outdoors with his dog and travelling with his wife.

Limin Pan

Limin graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in China and a Master Degree of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He also graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg as a RMT. He is exceptional at combining treatment of Acupuncture or Massage to treat Pains (backache, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, headache, migraine, gout, and TMJ), Insomnia, Vertigo, Facial Paralysis, Prosopalgia, Irregular Menstruation, Dysmenorrheal, Shingles, Urticaria, Asthma, and Allergic rhinitis.
